Italian cuisine and Tuscan wines. Luxury, old
style, new hotel, located in thew city center.
ACCOMMODATION:
three nights at Hotel Adler Cavalieri ,
4 star hotel, recently renewed, central location,
near the school (only 5 minutes walking).
COOKING ACTIVITIES:
The lessons are held in a real cooking school
class-room, while students are looking at the
chef explaining in English what he is preparing,
at his professional desk, students have their
own equipped desk and cook the same with their
hands. The menu is established each week by the
chef; 3 or 4 dishes will be taught in each course.
These courses start at 6.30 p.m. and end at about
9,15 p.m. The tasting dinner always follows the
course.
Rates - Euro
575,00 per person - minum 2 people.
Single room extra charge 40 euro per night.
For packages in may - june - september and october,
extra charge 50 euro per person.

3 nights in a Double Classic Room at Hotel Adler
Cavalieri, 4 stars hotel, XIXth century style
furniture, located in Florence centre, buffet,
continental breakfast, two cooking classes of
3 hours each, 2 tasting dinners of prepared food
at the school, 1 basic wine tasting class. Pre-booked
ticket to Uffizi Gallery (no queue), Florence
guide-book in English.
Please note, check-in date must be on sunday or
monday.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
A 20% not refundable deposit by credit card is requested to secure the booking. Full payment is due at least 30days before the arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The deposit is not refundale.
If cancellation occurs within 15 days before the check-in date, no further penalty is asked. The other 80% already payed (less bank transfert commissions) will be returned back.
In case of cancellations from 14 to 3 days before check-in date, cancellation penalty is 50% of total price, the other 50% already payed (less bank transfert commissions) will be returned back.
From 48 from the check-in date, and in case of no-show, cancellation penalty is 100% of total price.
