ONE DAY COOKING EXPERIENCE - TC001:
 


A visit to a local market or to a farm for choosing the seasonal produce that will be used in a 3-hours hands-on cooking lesson , under the guidance of the Chef Giuseppe . The menu which will be planned together with the guests is mainly focused on the country recipes that are at the heart of our Tuscan culinary tradition

The program includes : Market or farm escorted visit, morning class
(approx. 3 hours), wines introduction and explanation with food- pairing.
