A TWO DAYS or THREE DAYS of customized program can be arranged with the clients so they will be able to get a more in – depth knowledge of Tuscan cuisine with the following themes : “Earthy Soups & Pastas”. “Sauces” . “Meat and vegetables from a farmyard”. “ Fresh Herbs in Tuscan cooking” “ Recipes with extra virgin olive oil”.

TWO DAYS includes: 2 classes with visits to local food artisans or country estates, one wine pairing and appreciation, setting up two meals after the class, a gift apron.
THREE DAYS includes: 3 classes with visits to food artisans or country estates, one wine pairing and appreciation, three meals after the class, a visit to one of Medici’s villas in the area.
Tasting meals: three course meal is usually served, depending on food preparation time.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
Villa in Carmignano with B&B basis, continental Breakfast, double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, with antiques, fireplace, professional kitchen, patio in the garden overlooking Florence. Price in double occupancy: 140 euro per night.
Country estate in Montecatini Terme: double bedrooms with private bathroom, air-conditioning, swimming pool, garden. Double occupancy: 120 euro per night with continental breakfast.
